September update!

Latvia!

I had a superb time in Latvia. It was only 4 days but I enjoyed every minute and it was quite busy with lots of talking praying and encouraging. Stuart, Cei and the girls are all doing really well. They are an amazing family and God is using them mightily. As well as spending time with them and reviewing the ministry there were council meetings, a team day and preaching in Smiltene. It was a real thrill to meet the new team members added since my last visit. They are a great bunch of folks and God is blessing them and the work that they are doing.

 

Tamworth Baptist!

I went straight from Latvia to Tamworth to conduct a week of mission with the Baptist church and its sister church in Dosthill. This was an intensely busy week with outreach to all ages. There were Ladies BBQ’s, Tea Dances, Men’s Breakfasts, Lunch Clubs, Family Wii sports evenings, Picnics, Open Air services, visits to sheltered accommodation, Boys Brigade, Kids meetings. I was tired at the end but it was really worthwhile time and God blessed us!

 

Mum and Dad came for few weeks to escape the hot Spanish sun so it was good to give them some quality time too. Then it is off to Canada for a break and a wedding!
